We all aim to make Music and Music Education accessible, open and supportive for all. Now, with greater focus on diversity and equality how can we have positive, open dialogues about the impacts on students, staff and institutions? In this session we will explore how EVERYONE can feel empowered to make positive steps towards making a more inclusive culture for everyone in it; using case studies and activities to find our place in making change.
