- Students who have their civil law residence in Switzerland at the start of their studies
- students who provide proof that their parents have their place of residence under civil law in Switzerland at the start of their studies
- adult refugees and stateless persons with civil law residence in Switzerland
CHF 1000 per semester for
- foreigners without legal place of residence in Switzerland from EU/EFTA states
CHF 1250 per semester for
- foreigners without legal place of residence in Switzerland from third-party states
